The large-diameter butterfly valve's butterfly plate is fixed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. It rotates on the axis of the cylindrical passage in the butterfly valve body, and its rotation angle typically ranges from 0° to 90°. A fully open valve is achieved when the rotation angle reaches 90°.

The wafer butterfly valve, also known as the large-diameter butterfly valve, boasts a simplistic structure, compact size, and lightweight design, comprising only a few essential components. This valve operates swiftly with a mere 90° rotation, making its operation uncomplicated and hassle-free. Additionally, its fluid control capabilities are commendable. When fully open, the butterfly plate's thickness poses the sole resistance to the medium flowing through the valve body, resulting in minimal pressure drop. Thus, the butterfly valve exhibits exceptional flow control characteristics. There are two types of sealing available for this valve: elastic seal and metal seal. With the elastic sealing valve, the sealing ring can either be embedded within the valve body or affixed to the periphery of the butterfly plate. Now, these features not only illustrate the advantages of the butterfly valve but establish it as a reliable choice for efficient fluid control.

Valves equipped with metal seals typically boast a longer lifespan compared to valves featuring elastic seals. However, attaining a complete seal becomes a challenge when utilizing metal seals. On the other hand, metal seals offer the advantage of withstanding higher operating temperatures, whereas elastic seals are limited by temperature constraints.

When utilizing the butterfly valve for flow control, it is crucial to accurately choose the appropriate size and valve type. The structure principle of the butterfly valve is specifically well-suited for the production of larger-sized valves. Not only do butterfly valves find extensive application in various industries such as petroleum, gas, chemical, and water treatment, but they are also utilized in the cooling water systems of thermal power stations. There are two commonly used types of butterfly valves: wafer butterfly valves and flanged butterfly valves. To connect the wafer type butterfly valve, double-head bolts are used between two pipe flanges. On the other hand, the flanged butterfly valve has flanges on the valve itself, and bolts are used to connect both ends of the valve to the pipe flanges.

The packing arrangement for a single pump involves placing it in plywood cases, which are equipped with fixed timbers and lined with plastic film on the inside.

We will be carrying out container loading inspections in our factory to ensure that the packing is performed accurately and without causing any damage. Please note that this measure is necessary to ensure that the goods reach their destination in good condition.
