It is crucial to frequently check and repair the gear oil pump CBF-E4 and the electric oil drum pump. The power cord must be thoroughly examined, including the internal wiring, plug, and switch conditions, along with the insulation resistance and brush tailstock's loose state. The commutator and electric brushes must be in perfect contact, while the armature winding stage expansion stator winding must be appropriately interrupted. Additionally, it is important to check for any damage to the bearing and rotating parts to ensure optimum performance.
To ensure the proper functioning of gear oil pump CBF-E4, it is crucial to pay attention to its insulation resistance. In instances where electric pumps have remained unused for an extended period or have been exposed to a humid environment, it becomes essential to measure the insulation resistance of the windings using a 500 volt megohmmeter before employing the pump. If the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor case measures below 7 megohms, it indicates a need to dry the winding. It is worth noting that storing the electric oil pump in a dry, clean, and non-corrosive atmosphere is highly recommended.

This leads to a highly efficient pump with a well-designed oil drain and return groove. To prevent overload, the pump is equipped with a safety valve. The pump is best suited for conveying lubricating oils or similarly non-corrosive fluids that do not contain solid particles or fibers, have a temperature no higher than 200 ℃, and have a viscosity ranging from 5-1500 cst. It is also ideal for use in hydraulic transmission systems.
