In the 1990s, the gear industry witnessed the introduction of a groundbreaking technology known as the double arc sine curve tooth profile arc. This technology, which reached an international advanced level, brought forth a multitude of benefits compared to traditional involute gears. The most notable advantage is the absence of relative sliding on the tooth profile surface during gear meshing, resulting in a tooth surface that remains free from wear and tear. This innovative gear design exhibits exceptional qualities such as running balance, the prevention of liquid entrapment, low noise emission, long lifespan, and high efficiency. Consequently, this advancement has revolutionized the design, production, and utilization of gear pumps, liberating them from the limitations of traditional methods.

For overload protection, the pump is equipped with a differential pressure safety valve. The safety valve has a total return pressure which is 1.5 times higher than the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can be adjusted according to the specific requirements within the acceptable discharge pressure range. However, it is important to note that the safety valve should not be used as a pressure reducing valve for an extended period of time. It should only be installed on the pipeline when it is necessary.

The selection of the pump shaft end seal depends on the specific use conditions and user requirements. There are two options available: a mechanical seal and a packing seal. These options provide different mechanisms to achieve the desired sealing performance. The appropriate seal can be chosen based on the specific needs of the pump and its operating conditions. Whether it's a mechanical seal or a packing seal, their purpose remains the same – to prevent leakage and ensure the efficient operation of the pump.

Each plywood case will be packed with a single set of pump, accompanied by fixed timbers and plastic film inside for secure transportation. The packaging ensures the safe delivery of the pump while adhering to quality standards.

To ensure that there is no damage during packing, container loading will be observed within our factory. The process will be thoroughly monitored to guarantee that the items are packed correctly.
