To maintain the proper functioning of the pump, it is essential to avoid subjecting the driving shaft to any radial or axial force. This means that during installation and connection, the length of the spline sleeve should not exceed the effective length of the pump driving shaft's spline. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that the power shaft end and coupling sleeve do not encounter any axial conflict with the steps on the gear pump shaft extension spline. In case there are exceptional circumstances where radial or axial forces may be present, it is highly recommended to contact the company for special orders. Remember, it is of utmost importance to adhere to these requirements for optimum performance and reliability of the pump system.


The tolerance for coaxiality between the driving shaft of the pump and the output shaft of the prime mover is set at 0.05mm. Similarly, the perpendicularity between the installation plane of the pump support and the stop should not exceed 0.05mm. It is crucial to maintain precise alignment in the connecting part at both ends of the coupling sleeve, ensuring a coaxiality within the range of 0.05mm. This level of precision is essential for optimal functioning and performance. Therefore, it is important to carefully monitor and adhere to these specified tolerances during the installation process to ensure the desired alignment and operational efficiency of the pump system.


To ensure proper functioning of the pump, it is important to keep in mind certain specifications. Specifically, the suction height of the pump should not exceed 0.5m. Moreover, in order to maintain a flow rate of less than 2m/s, the diameter of the oil inlet pipe should be no less than 3.25mm. It is important to note that the pump inlet flow Q (liter) = q·n, where q is the flow rate and n is the pump speed. By following these guidelines, optimal performance of the pump can be achieved.

It is crucial that there is no leakage of air from the oil inlet pipe and flange of the pump.
