The eccentric metal seal butterfly valve is equipped with a robust sealing system. It comprises a metal to metal seal arrangement, offering excellent sealing performance. Moreover, the metal seal ring can easily be replaced with alternative options such as stainless steel plate or a composite of graphite, enhancing flexibility.

Hard seal butterfly valve

The metal is tightly sealed to the plywood sealing ring. Along with the electric drive, the hard sealing butterfly valve offers manual, pneumatics, worm gear drive, and other options. Generally, this valve is intended for horizontal installation in the pipeline.

The hard seal butterfly valve features a butterfly plate that is positioned in the pipeline's diameter direction. The butterfly plate takes the form of a disc and rotates on an axis within the cylindrical passage of the valve body. The butterfly plate's rotation angle falls within the range of 0° to 90°, where a full 90° turn signals complete valve openness.

Packaging & Shipping
