The advanced YW Type liquid portable sewage pump is designed to prevent clogging. It is equipped with a unique round structure, featuring either a single-blade or double-blade design. This innovative construction significantly enhances its ability to handle dirt and solid particles. In fact, it can effectively handle particles with a diameter up to 50% of the pump inlet size and allows for a 5 times greater effective diameter.
To ensure long-lasting and secure operation, the pump utilizes a mechanical seal made of tungsten carbide, a durable and hard material. Additionally, the seal is designed as a dual-sealed system, allowing the pump to run smoothly for extended periods within an oil interior.
The vertical structure of the pump makes it easy to start, as the pump body is submerged in the liquid. This eliminates the need to worry about exhaust-related issues. Furthermore, the pump is capable of operating at depths ranging from 0.5 to 5 meters beneath the liquid surface.
