Model Meaning

Structure

The IH series salt water centrifugal pump is composed of various components, including the pump body, impeller, sealing parts, intermediate support, and suspension parts. Its structure also involves the leaf transmission line, seal ring nut, pump cover, and shaft. The pump cover is fixed through the seam allowance on the central bracket and the connection of the pump body. After clamping in the middle, the pump body features axial suction, radial discharge, and foot bearing type. As such, it can be directly fixed on the base for better stability.

The fixed bracket in the middle allows suspension parts to pass through the seam allowance, while a suspension bracket support is provided on the base. The design is focused on convenience for disassembly, as it includes a lengthened coupling that enables maintenance without the need to remove the import and export connecting piping, pump body, and motor. By simply removing the coupling at the middle connection, the rotor parts can be easily accessed for maintenance purposes. This structural design follows international standards and practices.
